This story is meant to teach you about the “cognitive shuffling” sleep method.

If you’re having trouble sleeping, give it a try! If you’re not, give it a try anyway!



Throughout the three chapters, you’ll be able to hear the school band and sports teams practicing in the background. (However, there are versions without the extra commotion included as well.)
